This session will discuss the details of the upcoming Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) that will take effect on October 1, 2019 and impact the way skilled nursing facilities are reimbursed for the first time in 20 years. In addition to focusing on the regulatory details of the new model, this webinar will provide guidance to PALTC clinicians on how they can become an integral resource to their facilities. It will cover tools clinicians can use to prepare themselves for this important transition.
