Session Description:
This session will present the evidence base for marijuana as a treatment for common medical conditions seen in long-term care populations. Legal implications of possession and use among long-term care residents and employees will be discussed. The experience of facilities in Colorado will be used to frame the discussion following recent legalization of recreational marijuana.
