Recent health care reform efforts from the Affordable Care Act to the recently enacted Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act and revised Nursing Home Requirements of Participation, have dramatically changed the fee-for-service reimbursement and delivery model.
