Session Description: AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) leadership will be talking about how the organizations have been working together on national initiatives as well as legislative activities. Additionally, there will be discussion about models of collaboration that currently exist between pharmacists and medical directors that help improve outcomes and care.
