AMDA CMD Credit The Certified Medical Director (CMD) Program has approved this webinar for a maximum of 1.5 credit hours in management education. Credit hours may be applied toward certification as a Certified Medical Director in Long Term Care (AMDA CMD). The AMDA CMD program is administered by the American Medical Directors Certification Program (AMDCP). Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

Session Description: This webinar will provide an overview of the fundamentals of risk management and how they relate to the role of Medical Director. A delineation of the domains of risk management will be incorporated into the session, and audience participation via online polling as well as through the real-time question and answer portion will be promoted.
