This session will discuss updates on the Medicare Part D program including formulary, medication therapy management and the affect on long term care pharmacy providers. Changes in the Medicare Part D program regulations will be reviewed. Strategies on how to best navigate the Medicare Part D plans in your buildings will be discussed.
