Session Description: This session creates a forum for IDTs to share their innovative programs and policies. Come hear how other teams have overcome barriers and challenges in their practice. Six programs will briefly present their best practices, and then offer expert advice to attendees and share the materials which have contributed to their program's successes in roundtable format. This session provides excellent opportunity to network with colleagues who have turned challenges into golden opportunities.
