Session Description: This program will discuss procedures that can be easily performed in long term care. It will also discuss the focused, and sometimes, extended reviews required by CMS (psychotropic drug reductions, fall assessments, pain management, weight loss, etc.). Documentation requirements will be discussed and templates to document work will be shown.
