How do the best nursing facility administrators spend their time? What are their goals, professional skills, biggest successes, and looming obstacles? What do they really want from their medical directors? How can we all work toward a shared goal of excellent resident care? An experienced and articulate panel of nursing facility administrators and a medical director answers these questions and others posed by the audience after a brief description of ''A Day in the Life of a Nursing Home Administrator.''
