This session takes attendees on a whirlwind tour of their practice as both a physician/medical director and head of a small business. Just as with any small business, a physician’s practice needs solid management processes in place to run efficiently. Through lecture and Q&A, the presenter will highlight the areas in which physicians/medical directors can create economies that can positively impact the bottom-line while continuing to deliver good medical practice.
